The Twin Oaks Architectural Review Board (ARB) is responsible for the aesthetics of the neighborhood and enforcing guidelines. The ARB maintains the beauty and value of the neighborhood.

ARB Approval Process

Many changes to a home's exterior, including paint, architectural and landscaping changes, including removal of trees require approval by the ARB.
